While browsing the beverage list at Forza, guests will notice the variety of hand-crafted cocktails and extensive wine list all available by the glass or bottle. Our cocktail list focuses on fresh purees and herbs and unique flavors like house made sun-dried tomato vodka. Our bartenders might recommend the Martini Al Mirtillo, a refreshing twist on the martini, which has been renewed with muddled fresh blueberries and Stoli Blueberry ($11), Labbra Calde, uniquely sweet and spicy, this cocktail uses Don Julio and is infused with jalapeño, agave nectar and pineapple juice topped with bubbling apple cider ($11), or a Miele al Nocciola, Frangelico, Kahlua and Bailey’s combined to create Forza’s signature dessert martini. This velvety cocktail has house made chocolate sauce on the glass and is topped with shaved Belgian chocolate ($11).

The wine lists boasts over 50 wines from across the globe with an emphasis on proseccos and moscatos such as Bricco Riella, Saracco and Villa Rosa. Forza will soon be opening an exclusive champagne ultra-lounge next door where bubbly will be the featured star. Forza Champagne Lounge is sure to make any connoisseur proud and will showcase many types of champagne and Australian wines to connect with the co-owner’s roots.
