Chef Mentesana, formerly with two prestigious five-star restaurants in Florence, Italy, Acqua al Due and Cavolo Nero, will tempt you to indulge in his family-inspired recipes including antipasti, salads, pastas and pizzas. With an emphasis on Southern Italian cuisine, Chef Mentesana uses traditional cooking techniques of the region highlighting homemade pastas and red-based sauces, both prevalent in Southern Italian cooking. The menu items will focus on the exclusive San Marzano tomatoes in its sauces, which are imported from the Naples area in Italy and get its unique flavor from the volcanic soil of Mount Vesuvius.
